What we do
We take on the whole job. Here is what that includes:
- We scan the house in 3D while everything is still in place
- We build an interactive 3D walk-through of the estate
- We archive the papers and media — letters, photos, diaries, books, recordings, video, and the rest
- We run OCR so that scanned documents can be searched
- We 3D-scan the important objects with Gaussian Splatting — statues, mirrors, tables, and the like
- We pack and store the contents so the house can be emptied
- We give you a private, secure website for the walk-through, where every scanned object is easy to find
- AI voice readings of materials
- We record oral history — video and audio interviews
- We prepare a visual family tree
- We keep a chain-of-custody log from the room to storage
